Illinois residents will be charged 9.50% Sales Tax.

Standard Shipping: All shipments go out via UPS and are guaranteed delivery within 7-10 business days.  We ship within the lower 48 United States only.  Weekend delivery is not available.

Second Day Shipping: Expected delivery within 2 business days from when your order leaves our warehouse.  We ship within the lower 48 United States only.  Weekend delivery is not available.  Signature required.  Not available for shipments to post office boxes or APO addresses.

Next Day Shipping: Expected delivery the next business day after your order leaves our warehouse.  We ship within the lower 48 United States only.  Weekend delivery is not available.  Signature required.  Not available for shipments to post office boxes or APO addresses.

The following outlines our merchandise return policy. Please read carefully.

Before returning any merchandise, it is necessary to obtain a return authorization number first, and should be shipped freight prepaid. Send us an e-mail at support@ArteesCookware.com, indicating that you want to return the merchandise. We will obtain a return authorization number for you and provide you with it.  

Merchandise shipped without a return authorization number, or freight collect, will be refused. The return authorization number should appear on all cartons being returned.

If the product is resalable as received, a 20% handling and restocking charge will apply.

If returned merchandise needs to be repackaged due to damage to the carton, or retail stickers on the carton, a 50% credit will be allowed.

If customer abused, or the product is damaged and cannot be refurbished and resold, no credit will be issued.

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Please contact the package carrier (UPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
